“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
Every one of us has unique talents and strengths. If you recognize, harness, and use those strengths in your life, you are far more likely to enjoy your life and find meaning in it.
In the middle ages, everyone was considered to have a genius or an attendant spirit from birth, like a guardian angel, who blessed us with some innate skill or talent. (The word genie comes from genius.)

If it’s hard for you to believe that, then do believe that you have something worthwhile and important to offer to your family, friends or the wider world. And if you don’t find a way to express this in the world, then it can’t be of use.
As a popular saying goes, don’t die with your song unsung.
May we pursue our paths, identifying and expressing our gifts,
